Stanley Park Executive & Life Coaching Ltd. ("Stanley Park Coaching", "we" or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through stanleyparkcoaching.com, how it is used and the choices available to you.

We collect information you provide directly — for example your name, email address, phone number and the content of a message when you complete the contact form or book a Discovery Call. We may also collect limited technical information such as basic analytics about how the website is used.

Information is used to respond to enquiries, schedule and deliver coaching services, administer the coaching relationship and improve the website. Stanley Park Executive & Life Coaching Ltd. does not sell personal information.

We use third-party service providers — for example scheduling, video conferencing, email and website hosting providers — to operate the practice. These providers may process personal information on our behalf and are expected to handle it appropriately.

Information shared within coaching is treated as confidential in accordance with the Coaching Agreement and the ICF Code of Ethics, subject to applicable legal and safety exceptions. Full details are set out in the Coaching Agreement.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and our record-keeping obligations.
