Use of the website and of coaching services is subject to the Coaching Agreement signed by clients. Where these terms and the Coaching Agreement differ in respect of coaching services, the Coaching Agreement applies.

Website content is informational and does not constitute:

• legal advice
• medical advice
• psychological advice
• financial advice

Visiting or using the website does not itself establish a coaching relationship. A coaching relationship begins only once the required Coaching Agreement has been signed and coaching has commenced.
